Born and raised in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Falk started playing drums in his early teens, eventually touring with several Canadian acts and building a strong foundation as a live and studio player. But while many drummers chase the spotlight, Jared’s greatest impact would come through his commitment to teaching and building community.
In the early 2000s, he began creating instructional videos and realized there was a massive opportunity to reach drummers through online content. That vision became reality when he co-founded Drumeo, which quickly grew into the world’s largest online drumming education platform. Featuring lessons from some of the greatest drummers alive—including Benny Greb, Dave Weckl, Anika Nilles, and Dennis Chambers—Drumeo has revolutionized drum education by making world-class instruction accessible to everyone.
